Details of some of the live recycling equipment demonstrations to feature at the inaugural Letsrecycle Live trade event have been released, with the event now just over two months away.
The free-to-attend two-day exhibition and conference – which consists of six sector zones, live demonstrations and networking events – will be taking place at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry, on 22 – 23 May.
One of the stand-out features of the event is the live demonstration area, which will see an array of equipment moving, shredding and sorting material.
Models confirmed for the show include material handlers such as the Fuchs MHL331F, the Volvo EW240E, the Sennebogen 830 and a selection of machines from Liebherr and JCB including wheeled loaders and material handlers.
Among the processing machinery, the Eggersmann Teuton Z55 shredder and Terra Select trommel screen will be in action, along with the Lindner Urraco 750DK mobile shredder and Zetastar ZS75F mobile screen.
The Doppstadt Inventhor Type 9 shredder and a shredder from German manufacturer Arjes will also be in action.
Fire suppression
In addition, fire suppression experts Fireward will be running live fire suppression tests to demonstrate the effectiveness of latest dry chemical automatic systems in suppressing machinery and vehicle fires.
Commenting on the event, David Ingham, director at Mach Tech Services, said: “The ability to show our equipment, especially the Urraco, to prospective clients in an operational capacity is something that has been missing from UK based trade shows, so we are all quite excited about it”.
Product launches
Alongside demonstrations, recycling plant manufacturer Kiverco, is preparing to unveil a new product at Letsrecycle Live 2019 – an exclusive for the show – while sensor sorting specialist TOMRA will be presenting its static display.
Speaking ahead of the show, Gavin Russell, TOMRA’s sales engineer, said: “Letsrecycle Live looks set to be a fantastic networking event, bringing together a vast range of professionals from across the waste management industry.
“For us, the event provides an ideal platform to highlight our latest innovations in sensor-based sorting for the UK’s waste reprocessing sector. We look forward to welcoming current and prospective customers to Hall 2 Stand D3 where our experts will be on hand throughout the two-day event.”
Conference
Letsrecycle live also offers a range of educational and networking opportunities. The indoor exhibition boasts three conference theatres, hosting focused seminars and debates tackling key issues and topics. While, running alongside the main event are a series of networking events designed to bring people together in a positive networking environment.
